The idea

The models will change. Your foundations shouldn’t.

A new AI model comes out every few months. If everything you’ve built lives inside one tool, you start again each time. We help you build the parts that stay: what your business knows, how it works and how your team uses AI.

Your team’s habits
How everyone uses AI safely, and keeps trying new things.
Your systems
Your key processes, written so any AI can follow them.
Your knowledge
What your business knows, kept in your own files.

The six weeks

From the basics to a setup your whole business uses.

Week 1

What AI actually is

How the models work, what they’re good and bad at, and how to talk to them.

You leave with your AI tools set up and five everyday uses that work.
Week 2

Your business brain

Gather what your business knows, like services, pricing, tone and FAQs, into one knowledge base.

You leave with version one of your company knowledge base.
Week 3

Thinking in systems

Map how work moves through your business, and decide where AI fits and where it doesn’t.

You leave with your top five processes mapped, with the AI opportunities marked.
Week 4

Build and experiment

Turn one process into a working AI assistant, then test it and break it safely.

You leave with one assistant running on your own knowledge base.
Week 5

Bring the team along

Rules, access, privacy and training, so everyone uses AI the same way.

You leave with a one-page AI policy and a rollout plan.
Week 6

Built to last

Keep your knowledge and instructions in your own hands, so you can switch models without starting again.

You leave with a 90-day plan and a setup that survives the next model.

Your instructors

Who you’ll learn from.

We both spend our working days helping businesses run better. Duco runs Haymarket HQ and uses AI across the business every day. Jade sets up systems and automation for growing businesses as a fractional COO.

Most people start with AI by asking it a few questions, getting some good answers and then stalling, because nothing underneath is set up. This course is the part we think everyone should do first.

Who it’s for

Small business owners who want to get it right.

A good fit if

You run a small business and want to understand AI properly, not just copy prompts.

You’ve tried ChatGPT or Claude and know there’s more to get out of it.

You want your whole team using AI the same way, not ten people doing ten different things.

Probably not for you if

You’re after a quick list of prompt hacks.

You’re a developer looking for technical training.

FAQ

Good to know.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can do this. Everything is explained in plain language.

Which AI tools do we use?

We work with the main ones, like Claude and ChatGPT. What you build is designed to work with whichever one you choose, now or later.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

A paid plan on one AI tool helps. We’ll tell you what to set up before week one.

Can I bring someone from my team?

Yes, and it helps. It’s easier to roll AI out when two of you have done the course.

What if I miss a week?

You’ll get the materials and the weekly task, so you can catch up before the next session.

What does it cost?

We’ll announce the price when bookings open. Everyone who registers interest before then gets 50% off.

Is registering a commitment?

No. It just puts you on the early-bird list. You decide whether to book once you’ve seen the dates and price.
